Credit/Debit Cards: We can accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Delta and Switch cards, We do not accept postal orders.  All transactions are performed with full encryption software using SSL secure server.

Availability and Acceptance of Orders: Any order placed through this website is subject to availability and final acceptance by Museum Miniatures. All dimensions and sizes are approximate, Museum Miniatures. UK  reserve the right to amend or change specifications on products and catalogue information at any time without prior notice.

Due to the number of lost parcels delivered to work addresses, we will not be responsible for any losses due to private individuals having deliveries sent to a work or business address. Whether signed for or not.

Delivery schedule: Items are usually dispatched within 3 business days of receipt of your order. We ship most of our orders by 1st class post UK,  Air mail for EU and the rest of the World. Large orders & orders weighing over 2 kilos are sent by carriars. Missing shipments or damaged items must be notified to us within 21 days. Notification of despatch will be e-mailed on despatch of order.

Complaints: In the event of any complaint regarding the condition of the goods or lost order, please contact our Mail Order department within 21 days, overseas orders within 90 days at Museum Miniatures, 28 Long Lane, Driffield, Yorkshire, YO25 5HF UK. 00 44 (0) 1377 241010.

Local Taxes, Duties & Handling charges: The customer is responsible for all and any local taxes (VAT) and /or duties & handling charges payable on the goods on receipt. We will not refund on returns due to customers refusal to pay Local Taxes, Duties & Handling charges on delivery.

Returns Policy: Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item in new condition with the original packaging and accessories. Defective or damaged items must be reported to Museum Miniatures within 7days of delivery to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from this web site  and through Museum Miniatures UK.

Packing and Sending Your Return: wrap the package securely, items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion. Ship the package to Museum Miniatures. 28 Long Lane, Driffield, E Yorks  YO25 5HF UK.

Refunds: We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving your return.

Delivery Addresses: As of January 2013 we are unable to insure or use signed service for overseas orders sent to a PO BOX number. We are limited to a claim from the post office of £20.00. Orders sent to a PO BOX will only be replaced by Museum Miniatures up to £20.00. We recomend that you do not use a PO Box number, Please use a normal address.
